The successful candidate will play an integral part in progressing cases efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client care. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Head of Department with a caseload of medical negligence claims
• Managing your own caseload where appropriate
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties
• Supporting case progression from initial instruction through to resolution
• Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a fee earner or paralegal within medical negligence (essential)
• Proven ability to manage or assist with a caseload
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
